Imephas Investments (Private) Limited is a 100% privately owned Zimbabwean company established on the 18th of February 2014, under the Companies Act, Chapter 24:03. Its Headquarters is in Beitbridge. The company is comprised of highly qualified, dedicated and well experienced personnel, with all the experience and exposure of Beitbridge Border Post.
Imephas Investments is under the leadership and Directorship of Tatenda Kudakwashe Shumba (Mr.) who has a clear and thorough understanding of the Customs Clearing, Freight Forwarding and the Shipping Industry. He has massive experience gained over the past 11 years from within big International clearing and shipping organizations. Tatenda Kudakwashe Shumba held senior positions during his tenure with these organizations in the Customs Clearing and Freight Industry.
As a Clearing Agent and Freight Forwarder, Imephas Investments was then set up as a comprehensive framework to address the challenges faced by the Suppliers, Importers, Exporters and Transporters, the key players in the industry, as well as assisting in restoring normalcy in a sector whose contributions to the economy is fundamentally vital.
